Descriere: The Messengers este un thriller horror al anului 2007, regizat de Pang Brothers (au regizat si seriile The Eye) si produs de Sam Raimi. In film joaca Kristen Stewart, Graham Bell, John Corbett, William B. Davis, Dylan McDermott si Penelope Ann Miller.In The Messengers este vorba despre o intunericime prevestitoare de rau, ce se asterne peste un camp de floarea soarelui aparent normal, aflat in Dakota de Nord. Familia Solomon este dezbinata de suspiciune, mutilare si crima.
Personajul principal este fiica familiei Solomon, Jess Solomon (Kristen Stewart), care este suparata din cauza ca a trebuit sa se mute din orasul in care locuia impreuna cu familia si a trebuit sa-si lase toti prietenii acolo. Dupa ce se muta in noua casa, incep sa se intample tot soiul de lucruri de rau augur. Jess si Ben, fratele ei mut, se intalnesc cu fantomele care bantuie casa, iar cand incearca sa povesteasca parintilor si autoritatilor despre asta, nu sunt crezuti de niciuna din parti.
